Overview ZymoBIOMICS Spike-in Control II (Low Microbial Load) consists of three bacteria strains, Truepera radiovictrix, Imtechella halotolerans and Allobacillus halotolerans. When spiked into a microbial sample, this product will serve as an in situ positive control for DNA-sequencing-based microbiome measurements.
